This introductory class presents the first 17 moves of the Taoist tai chi set. The course is suitable for first-time participants interested in experiencing tai chi and determining whether they want to further pursue the art.

The games are non-competitive and no score is kept, but hits and outs are recorded as they are in older coach pitch programs.     311100 - My First Camp

    My First Camp combines learning and fun in a setting that provides a great introduction to summer camp for children. Activities are designed to increase social development, self-esteem, and independence through structured games, songs, crafts, nature, and sports. Campers have a variety of structured indoor and outdoor, age-appropriate activities scheduled each day. There is NO swimming and NO field trips. Registration is open to City Residents, School-District Residents, and Non-Residents. All children must have a 2016 online Health Care Form on file in order to attend.     311150 - Beebug Camp

    Join us for four, fun-filled days immersed in nature play…and of course learning about bugs! Our Beebug campers go on short hikes to explore our nature creatures in trees, plants, and streams. Create a take-home nature craft each day and round out the week by making a few bug houses and plant some wildflowers in the park for pollinators such as bees and butterflies.

    311200 - Safety City

    Safety City is an early childhood safety education program. The Dublin Division of Police, Washington Township Fire Department and local guest speakers visit throughout the week to discuss safety awareness and preventive procedures. A special Safety City Graduation presentation takes place on Friday, August 12 at 4:30 p.m. at the Dublin Recreation Center for both AM & PM sessions. NO snacks are provided during the program. Children are randomly placed into three traffic light color groups. No group requests (other than siblings) are accepted.

    A Parent Guide is available at dublinohiousa.gov/recreation/camps with a daily breakdown of the schedule. An online healthcare form is NOT REQUIRED for this program.
