    The class will provide the layperson with an understanding of how Ohio law deals with residential landlords and tenants, both under lease terms and under the Ohio Landlord Tenant Act of 1974. Attorney Eric Willison will explain and walk landlords and tenants through the Ohio Statutory eviction process as outlined in Ohio Revised Code Section 1923.04, provide information on the duties of landlords and tenants to each other and what the remedies are for breaches of these duties. Security deposits, rent escrow procedures and hearings, and interpretation of lease agreements will also be covered. The class will be taught from the prospective of both landlord and tenants. Note: this course is good for Ohio only and course covers residential landlord tenant relationships not commercial landlord tenant relationships.

SUP is a fusion of strength training and yoga moves performed on a stand-up paddleboard. Five kayaks and five paddleboards are available, each participant spends time on each piece of equipment. Children over the age of 12 are welcome, but must be accompanied by an adult and are required to wear a life jacket at all times. Life jackets are provided. Individuals registering for the May 18 program should bring a change of clothes. Location is Twin Lakes in Shawnee Hills.

In both cases, mothers and daughters can work together to build a life of empowerment, inner strength and self-care. This retreat will offer a variety of creative activities to help you explore your creativity and inner passion together. The retreat will take place in the Arts & Crafts room and outdoors. Schedule format will depend on the number of two-person teams that register. Cornhole is a fun game to play no matter what your skill level is.
