    This introductory covers 30 basic upper and lower body techniques (kihon). Additional course work includes basic self defense, break falls and rolls. No prior experience is required.     Join us for a night hike in Red Trabue Park and echo-late bats using special adaptive equipment that translates the bats' ultrasound frequencies into sounds we can hear! Watch the bats hunt and see mother bats flying with their baby bats as the youngsters learn the ropes of bug catching. The program is the same both Thursdays - families may attend one or both.
